Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon receiving full payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Change of Delivery Address

For delivery address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

DELIVERY TERMS

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.

Transit Time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of upon receiving full payment.
Our warehouse operates on Monday-Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking link via email or whatapps. You may also track it manually via the courier's website.

Delays & Issues

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as weather, peak seasons, or courier delays.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 48 hours.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Returned / Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
